DealGrade currently scores properties in England and Wales. Every result still depends on the completeness, freshness, geography, and sample depth of the evidence available for that property. Scotland and Northern Ireland are not yet supported for DG Score calculation.

Supporting evidence
OS Open UPRN: Great Britain property identifiers and coordinates, not a complete postal address database.
NaPTAN + BODS: Great Britain stop proximity, with England bus frequency only where BODS is configured and measured.
Ofcom Connected Nations: UK postcode infrastructure availability, not an in-property speed guarantee.
