By creating an account or using DealGrade, you agree to these terms and to our privacy and cookies policy. If you are using DealGrade for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
DealGrade is a UK property deal checker. It produces an explainable DG Score, category risk breakdowns, plain-English reasons, and stress-tested cashflow scenarios from the information you enter and from public and licensed data we can find. It supports England and Wales today, with other nations being added.
DealGrade is a risk-assessment and decision-support tool. It is not financial, legal, tax, valuation, survey, or lending advice, and it does not promise or guarantee returns. Scores rely on data that may be incomplete, out of date, or based on area-level proxies rather than the specific property, and every score is shown with its confidence and data date. Always carry out your own due diligence and take professional advice before committing to a purchase. You are responsible for the decisions you make.
The Free plan is permanent and needs no payment method. Some features are available only on a paid plan; paid plans are billed from the day you upgrade, for the period you selected (monthly or yearly). Prices are shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then, after which your account returns to the Free plan and your saved history remains available. Because access is provided immediately, paid periods are generally non-refundable except where required by law; contact support@dealgrade.co.uk if something has gone wrong and we will put it right.
Use DealGrade lawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to scrape, resell, or redistribute the underlying data at scale, reverse-engineer the scoring, misrepresent a score as a valuation or as our advice, or use the service to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or put it at risk.
DealGrade, the DG Score, and the software and content we provide are our intellectual property or that of our licensors, including the third-party data providers named on the Data sources page whose licensing terms we honour. You keep ownership of the deal inputs you enter. You may use your scores and reports for your own property decisions and share individual reports with your advisers and partners.
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make using DealGrade, for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
We may change the service or these terms as the product develops. When we make a material change we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use DealGrade after a change means you accept the updated terms.
DealGrade is operated by Arched Trading Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 1378933 (VAT number GB3215558). These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
